Andy Grammer.

I love this man. His music is amazing. I'm sad I missed him here in concert a couple weeks ago. He's coming again in January, and has a concert in Salt Lake and St. George. Unfortunately, the one in SLC is 21+, and the one in St. Geezy is the day before the Brad Paisley/Scotty McCreery/Band Perry concert (which I already have tickets to :) ). So that probably won't work out.
Oh well, until next time I'll just have to feed my Andy Grammer addiction with youtube videos. Like this one:

Seriously. Does this song not just make you feel good? Even if you're not a lady. It's an amazing song. And the fact that he's singing it live, acoustically, and he still sounds that good is the best. No auto-tune for this guy.
My favorites by him? Fine By Me (as you can tell, since it's the first song that comes on when you pull up this lovely blog of mine), Ladies, You're Gonna Miss Me, Build Me a Girl... and all the rest of the songs from the cd 'Andy Grammer'. As well as some of his other stuff, which is unfortunately, not on iTunes.
His stuff like We Could Be Amazing, The World Is Yours, and Heavy and the Slow.
If you have some time to spend, listen to these songs.
Trust me, you'll enjoy them.

New Design!

So I changed the design of my blog.
Hopefully you noticed.
Does anyone other than me even read this? I have no idea.
Anyways, I'm still not sure how I'm feeling about this new look.
It kind of seems like a lot. But we'll try it out.
There's a good chance it'll change again in a few days or so though.
So stay tuned :)

Just some thoughts...

I haven't posted in a while, so just thought I'd post an update on life. Nothing much is going on. School, work, sleep, school. Thats about it. Last weekend one of the girls in my FHE family, Brooklyn, invited my apartment and a bunch of other people up to her cabin on Mirror Lake Highway. We spent the night there, then went four-wheeling the next day. It was so much fun!
So Halloween yesterday. I never really appreciated this holiday until yesterday. There were so many people dressed up on campus. My friend Dan dressed up like a Stormtrooper, so that was interesting going to class with him. He wasn't the only one who went all out though. I also saw: 3 Marios, 5 Waldos, Princess Peach, Princess Daisy, The Scarecrow, Jack Sparrow, Captain Hook, 2 Peter Pans, Legolas, Link, Harry Potter under his invisibility cloak (the cloak wasn't working too well), Sharks, The Dread Pirate Roberts (Wesley from Princess Bride), Han Solo, Princess Amidala, an Angry Bird, someone dressed up as their American Heritage professor, a Cow, Phantom of the Opera, many zombies, a Banana, Chewbaca, Buzz Lightyear, Jesse (from Toy Story), Koolaid Man, Snow White, Cinderella, Mega Mind, Minions, and many more. My favorite though? Hands down, this guy wins:

Thats right kids. That is the Sexy Sax Man. I was privileged to listen to the sweet sound of George Michaels all day, thanks to him. Definitely made my day that much better. For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, watch this video. It will change your life.
Well now that Halloween is over, time for the next holiday celebration. Bring on No-Shave November.
